Frequently Asked Questions

Industrially, there is special machinery that helps you to cut the aluminum profile. However, if you are planning to cut the aluminum profile at home, then you will need a miter saw or a regular carbide blade. It is worth noting that you need to fix your aluminum profile very well before the cutting process to minimize the error margins. Moreover, we recommend marking the cut line in advance.

Aluminum grades represent the elasticity of the alloys. In this regard, the higher the first number of series, the stronger the aluminum will be. Considering this fact, you need to pick the series with the lowest number. However, not all aluminum series are great for bending. In general, the 3003 series is considered to be the best aluminum alloy for bending.
